Colombia’s BPrO prepares for 21st annual CX Summit

CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry body BPrO is preparing for its 21st annual Customer Experience (CX) Summit in Cartagena on May 10th and 11th.
Led by BPrO Executive President Ana Karina Quessep, the CX Summit is the most significant event in the Andes region dedicated to the BPO sector, including the contact center and customer experience industry.
The event is also a platform for networking and building relationships with other industry players, which could lead to collaborations and partnerships.
According to BPrO, attendees can expect to leave the event with a deeper understanding of the BPO industry and its potential for growth and success in Colombia.
The event is set to build on last year’s success, attracting 1,300 industry professionals.
On the first night, attendees will be treated to a concert on the Hilton beachfront, while the 2023 CX Interaction Awards will happen on the second evening, marking the event’s culmination.
