Bridgepointe Technologies acquires PPT Solutions
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Tech advisory firm Bridgepointe Technologies recently acquired Customer Experience (CX) solutions provider PPT Solutions.
In a press release, Bridgepointe said that this new addition would enable them to provide clients with a wide range of CX-related services — including CX/contact center consulting, Contact Center Technologies, BPO (Business Process/People Outsourcing), AI/RPA (Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation), and Managed Services.
Bridgepointe Co-Founder and CEO Scott Evars said, “PPT is a natural fit with Bridgepointe’s existing services, and their focus on accelerating client success is tightly aligned with our culture, vision, and values.”
“The entire team, including Dennis and Kris, will play an instrumental role in this next chapter of our growth as CX is a tremendous market opportunity, and we’ll be uniquely positioned to help our clients drive value from their CX investments from day one,” he added.
Meanwhile, PPT Solutions Founder and Managing Director Dennis Weikle stated that joining Bridgepointe will provide them with “an incredible opportunity in the coming years.”
“We were the first company of our kind to enable the channel with CX resources and solutions, and that’s the type of continued innovation we will continue with Bridgepointe’s world-class team and tools behind us,” added Kris Kramer, PPT Solutions Managing Director.
PPT Solutions will operate as a Bridgepointe company effective immediately, with their 50 employees continuing to accelerate success for their clients.
