Broadvoice launches AI platform for SMEs and BPOs

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Hosted voice and data products provider Broadvoice has launched Broadvoice AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform that harnesses intelligent virtual agents (IVA) and advanced interactive voice response (IVR) capabilities.
Broadvoice AI automates responses and deploys the proper action, like sending a text from an IVR interaction, without involving a live agent. The firm claims customers experienced an 80% success in voice bot efficiency and a 42% reduction in time using the IVR function.
“Instead of wasting valuable time on repetitive calls and queries, agents can now address more complex issues, resulting in a better overall customer experience and immediate ROI,” said Broadvoice Chief Product Officer George Mitsopoulos.
Broadvoice AI is the company’s first initiative this year. In 2023, Broadvoice expanded its presence through three critical moves.
It kicked the year off with the launch of GoContact, an omnichannel cloud contact center solution for business customers in North America.
In August 2023, Broadvoice partnered with tech advisory firm Bridgepointe Technologies to expand its cloud communications solutions to the latter’s mid-market clients.
The firm also launched CXHub, a new business process outsourcing (BPO) marketplace, which connects firms to nearly 200 BPO providers for their workforce demands.
