Broadvoice launches new outsourcing marketplace

CALIFORNIA & TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES — Broadvoice, a provider of cloud communications services, has announced the launch of CXHub, a new business process outsourcing (BPO) marketplace.
CXHub aims to help businesses quickly find qualified outsourcing partners to meet their contact center and labor needs.
“With the launch of CXHub, Broadvoice has become a one-stop shop for all contact center and labor needs,” said Jim Murphy, CEO of Broadvoice.
With access to nearly 200 pre-vetted BPO providers, CXHub allows businesses to augment staffing, outsource labor, and streamline operations.
The program was launched in partnership with ArenaCX and announced at the Customer Contact Week conference in Nashville.
Key benefits of CXHub include saving time finding BPO partners, reducing costs through an efficient sourcing process, accessing talent pools globally, easily scaling up or down, and accelerating growth.
Broadvoice provides hosted voice, unified communications, and contact center solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
The CXHub offering follows Broadvoice’s acquisition of GoContact, an omnichannel cloud contact center solution for business customers in North America.
