Broadvoice wins Excellence in Customer Experience Award
LOS ANGELES, UNITED STATES — Cloud-based telecommunications services Broadvoice recently won the 2023 Contact Center Technology Award for Excellence in Customer Experience from CUSTOMER Magazine.
The award recognizes the company’s Broadvoice CCaaS solution for significantly enhancing the customer experience and technology in the contact center industry.
The cloud-native contact center solution was launched in the U.S. market in January 2023, consolidating over a decade of international contact center expertise into Broadvoice’s proprietary cloud communications tech stack.
