CashLine Solutions acquired by Western Trail to drive expansion

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — CashLine Solutions, a provider of outsourced order-to-cash process services, was acquired by private investment firm Western Trail Capital, which closed on February 23, 2026.
Ryan Binkley, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Generational Group, notes, “This transaction demonstrates our belief in [partnership-driven] value creation. With stakeholders aligned behind a unified vision, the organization is better equipped to expand, innovate, and prosper over time.”
CashLine’s niche expertise in financial process optimization
CashLine Solutions is a specialized consultancy focused on the order-to-cash cycle, founded in 2017 by professionals with extensive backgrounds in the oil and gas industry.
The company is dealing with a general business problem- healthy cash flow, by providing services which involve credit management, streamlined billing, collections, dispute resolution, and accounts receivable risk analysis.
These services are meant to reduce the time required to pay and the operational costs, and to improve the client’s financial standing.
The company is a remote order-to-cash collaborator for companies of all sizes, focusing on pragmatic applications to enhance liquidity and reduce financial risk.
CashLine applies proprietary software and process enhancements in its consulting strategy to deliver measurable outcomes to its clients. This blend of human talent and technology enables the firm to improve both billing systems and customer relations simultaneously.
As Strickland states, “Every business owner knows cash is king. CashLine Solutions is the turn-key solution for businesses to improve their liquidity.”
This business efficiency and industry experience formed the company’s value proposition, attracting investment from companies like Western Trail Capital.
Strategic investment targets growth in business services

The company focuses on founder-led groups that deliver critical business operations, especially those that report high customer retention and recurring income.
Its investment strategy is grounded in partnering with businesses that integrate human operators with purpose-built technology to transform systems and enhance workflows, leading to long-term expansion.

Cashline sale to fuel growth
The transaction was facilitated by Generational Group, which served as the exclusive M&A advisor to CashLine Solutions.
A team led by Executive Managing Director Michael Goss and Senior Managing Director Cory Strickland, with support from Managing Director Ryan Johnson, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Doug Morrow and Senior M&A Advisor Mike Moore established the initial relationship with CashLine.
Strickland provides an account of the founders’ experience with CashLine, who, drawing on their oil and gas industry background, established a platform that could be used by any billing company, which makes the partnership with Western Trail Capital an impetus for future growth.
“Together, they built the most efficient platform translatable to any billing company. I’m confident the partnership with Western Trail Capital will help CashLine reach new heights,” Strickland concluded.
