CCAP names Mitch Locsin as new Chairman
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) recently named Mitch Locsin as its new Chairman.
Locsin, who also serves as the First Vice President and Revenue Group Head at PLDT Enterprise, will replace founding member Benedict Hernandez.
The newly-appointed CCAP Chairman will also be joined by a new set of Board Executives and Trustees for the 2023-2024 term. Namely, they are:
- Chairman – Mitch Locsin (FVP & Head, Enterprise International & Carrier Business, PLDT Enterprise)
- President – Mickey Ocampo (Head Business Development & Administrative Support, Pilipinas Teleserv)
- Corporate Secretary – Jamea Garcia (Regional Vice President, Human Resources for Asia, Alorica)
- Treasurer – Rommel Regino (Chief Operations and Sales Officer, Inspiro)
- Trustees
- Tonichi Achurra-Parekh (Vice President, Concentrix)
- Jennifer Constantino (Senior Vice President, RealPage)
- Haidee Enriquez (CEO, Microsourcing Philippines and Beepo)
- Pushkar Misra (President and CEO, Hinduja Global Solutions APAC)
- Butch Valenzuela (President and CEO, Visaya KPO)
According to a previous post by CCAP Managing Director Rosario Cajucom-Bradbury, the new board is set to share their expertise and commitment to make the Philippines the global leader of the IT-BPM Industry and the “Heart of Customer Experience.”
