DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, and SOFIA, BULGARIA — In a strategic expansion, CCI Global has acquired AviaContact to establish its first operational footprint in Europe. In the company’s press release, the acquisition of the travel specialist enables CCI to significantly strengthen its travel and leisure capabilities and access a new talent pool, marking the company’s 17th global delivery center.

CCI expands global footprint with AviaContact acquisition

CCI Global is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates offering a broad range of customer experience solutions across industries. The company has a skilled, dedicated workforce of over 17,000 agents, thereby ensuring superior customer service experiences for its own expansive portfolio of over 80 international clients.

Their African presence makes their strategic move into Europe a significant evolution of their global delivery model, directly enabling the acquisition of AviaContact.

Specializing exclusively in the travel sector, AviaContact provides BPO services to online travel companies, including customer service, social media management, and OTA back-office support in 8 languages. 

The firm has built its reputation on investing in professional staff and technology to offer 24/7, multilingual assistance, making it a precisely targeted asset for CCI’s ambitions in the high-growth travel and leisure market.

CCI’s acquisition of AviaContact is a move to establish its first operational site in Europe, directly addressing the evolving needs of its global client base.

This strategic acquisition provides CCI with immediate access to a highly educated, multilingual talent pool in Eastern Europe through AviaContact’s operations in Bulgaria and Ukraine

Through this European presence, CCI will be better positioned to sustain its operations and maintain proximity to its clients, further establishing the brand as a reliable customer experience (CX) partner for stringent global travel brands.

This expansion aligns with CCI’s overall goal of achieving inclusive growth and building a global talent network.

CCI capitalizes on global travel sector growth

CCI is positioning itself more effectively to capture a larger share of the fast-expanding travel and leisure industry, which is set to reach over $11 trillion by 2030. The acquisition is a direct response by the travel BPO market to its projected 14% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) through 2028, which will enable CCI to meet increased demand for culturally fluent 24/7 support in global markets.

The AviaContact experience enables CCI to provide a broader range of travel support services, not only through booking and real-time support but also through post-travel interaction.
