CCI, ITIDA forge pact to bolster Egypt’s multilingual CX outsourcing
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, and GIZA, EGYPT — To solidify Egypt’s position in the global outsourcing market, CCI Global has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) of Egypt.
The agreement, formalized at the Global Offshoring Summit in Cairo, pledges collaborative efforts to enhance the country’s multilingual customer experience (CX) capabilities and drive sector growth, according to CCI’s press release.
Egypt outsourcing sector gains strategic boost
CCI Global is a United Arab Emirates-based business process outsourcing (BPO) supplier operating in Africa, leveraging its continental presence to reach a large international customer base.
The firm provides a customer-focused, end-to-end outsourcing service to major brands in many Western markets, while also maintaining an ethos of ensuring that its operating regions experience sustainable economic growth and job creation.
CCI Global previously ranked #193 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The company is also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
ITIDA is the executive arm of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in Egypt, with a mandate to support the development of the ICT and outsourcing industries in Egypt.
The agency is also proactive in attracting foreign investment, developing talent, and promoting Egypt as a competitive destination for services, online and multilingual, globally. This mission is directly fulfilled by the strategic partnership, including the one with CCI.
CCI expands multilingual service delivery in Egypt
It can be recalled that CCI has made its first European operational footprints through its recent acquisition of Aviacontact, a travel business process outsourcing (BPO) specialist.
CCI continues to expand its service delivery with its move to expand in Egypt, in collaboration with ITIDA. This action is a direct response to Egypt’s strategic orientation to capture a larger share of the international outsourcing market, with a focus on higher-level and value-based solutions.
The fact that the signing occurred during the Global Offshoring Summit, an event where representatives of the digital economy in Egypt discuss the importance of this sphere, demonstrates that the country has national priorities in terms of its improvement.
CCI is putting emphasis on its multilingual delivery capabilities and new growth markets. Through its affiliation with ITIDA, the government agency responsible for advancing the IT industry in the country, CCI aims to integrate its international competencies into the local environment.
The partnership aims to serve customers abroad and ensure that it incorporates globally competitive solutions into Egypt’s service-delivery model, thereby enhancing the overall value offering of that country.
