Celonis, Tech Mahindra’s new partnership to strengthen CX
BANGALORE, INDIA — Process mining and execution management provider Celonis and blockchain firm Tech Mahindra announced that they are reinforcing their partnership in a bid to create solutions to optimize business processes.
Under the new “platinum partnership”, Celonis execution management system (EMS) and Tech Mahindra’s domain expertise will be combined to provide enhanced business process services to their customers.
Tech Mahindra will further leverage Celonis’ process mining and execution management capabilities to unlock new value for their clients’ business processes, creating impact across enterprise projects and scaling multi-tower large enterprise opportunities. These programs span across multiple domains such as BPO, infrastructure management, testing, application development, and maintenance.
