Chris Condon named president of Atento’s U.S. Nearshore region

MADRID, SPAIN — Atento Luxco 1, one of the world’s largest customer relationship management and business transformation outsourcing (CRM/BTO) companies, announced the appointment of Chris Condon as President & General Manager of the United States and Nearshore (USNS) region, effective immediately.
The move is designed to propel growth in one of Atento’s most promising markets while strengthening global operations.

Condon brings over 25 years of experience in customer experience solutions and technology. He has a record of leadership in sales, consulting, and operations, having spent 23 years with TTEC in various roles, including Chief Revenue Officer at TTEC Digital.
Most recently, he served as EVP & Chief Business Officer at Movate, overseeing digital technology and customer experience strategy.

Condon’s appointment is part of broader changes at Atento aimed at speeding up growth and optimizing operational efficiencies globally.
In his new position, Condon will lead USNS operations, identify new growth opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships. His focus will be on profitable expansion and operational improvements in markets critical to Atento’s future.
