Ciklum acquires CodeAstu, boosts AI engineering
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Global digital engineering provider Ciklum has announced the acquisition of CodeAstu Technologies, a Pune-based software development firm, aiming to strengthen its experience engineering and AI capabilities.
While specific terms of the deal remain confidential, the move is set to enhance Ciklum’s presence in both the United States and Indian markets, integrating CodeAstu’s highly skilled team known for delivering high-performance software and end-to-end DevOps solutions.

This marks Ciklum’s second acquisition this week. Earlier, on June 10, the company announced its acquisition of GoSolve Group, a San Francisco-based software development firm, aimed at bolstering its industry presence.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in London, Ciklum operates across more than 20 countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, India, UAE, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Israel, Poland, Ukraine, and Pakistan. The company boasts a workforce of over 4,000 professionals worldwide and reported annual revenues of approximately $800 million.
