CLA acquires Axiom CPAs, expands presence in American Southwest
MISSOURI, UNITED STATES — CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), the eighth largest accounting firm in the United States, announced that Axiom Certified Public Accountants & Business Advisors LLC (Axiom) has joined its ranks since August 1, 2024.
Terms of the merger were not disclosed. However, it highlights CLA’s ongoing commitment to growth and providing comprehensive services to clients nationwide and globally, enhanced by the integration of Axiom’s specialized knowledge and local expertise.
Axiom’s expertise bolsters CLA’s service portfolio
Axiom, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, offers a range of services including tax, assurance, general accounting, specialty tax credit and incentive services, and state and local tax consulting.
The firm, which has four partners and 16 team members, will integrate into CLA’s broader network. Axiom’s expertise spans multiple industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, technology, and government, aligning well with CLA’s focus areas.
