Clark remains as an attractive BPO destination
Global real estate services firm JLL Philippines named Clark, Pampanga as an attractive investment destination and an alternative to Metro Manila.
In a media briefing, JLL Philippines Capital Markets Director Ian Perez said Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms remain to be one of the key drivers for the demand in office spaces in the area.
Perez added that “a good number” of BPO companies in Clark started their operations in Clark without branching out to Metro Manila, adding that most of these outsourcing firms originated from Australia.
“The pandemic has accelerated decentralization and Metro Clark has the necessary amenities and support facilities to support the businesses that [need] to be established here,” said Perez.
