Claro Analytics welcomes new VP of partnerships

NEW HAMPSHIRE, UNITED STATES — Claro Analytics, a global labor market intelligence platform, has appointed Marc Mapes as vice president of partnerships.
“Demand for real-time labor market intelligence is growing rapidly because it gives companies the ability to forecast and adapt to the ever-changing labor market. Mapes will help us build even more strategic partnerships with organizations across the globe so we can transform the way they’re making decisions,” said Claro founder Michael Beygelman.
Mapes has over a decade of experience in Human Resources (HR) technology. Before joining Claro, he previously held roles at ZoomInfo, Monster, Lumesse, and Avature.
Through talent market mapping, workforce supply, and demand planning, competitive talent benchmarking, and real-time salary insights, Claro assists businesses in recruiting and retaining talent.
“Access to real-time labor data is critical in this current economic climate as it can show organizations what’s happening right now rather than what happened several months ago (which is simply too late in this fast-moving market),” Maped explained.
In 2022, Claro Analytics was acquired by Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and human capital consulting firm WilsonHCG.
