Coast announces new BPO director

Accounts receivable management (ARM) and call center-based company Coast Professional, Inc. announced Jim Benjamin as its Director of Business Development for the firm’s new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
Coast recently entered the US BPO market to assist their local clients and save cost for the onshore components of the company.
The contact center provider offers their outsourcing services for businesses that “require sensitive, empathetic, and detailed communications with consumers.”
As the company’s new director, Benjamin is in charge of developing relationships with prospective clients to drive company sales. He will lead the effort to acquire and tailor services to customers that need professional incoming and outgoing contact center services.
Benjamin stated that the company’s “reputation for superior performance and client service has earned them well-deserved respect within the ARM and BPO industries.”
He added that he “look[s] forward to expanding our footprint in the marketplace.”
