Cognizant to drive Intrum’s digital shift

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Swedish credit management company Intrum has selected Cognizant, a multinational information technology services corporation, for a multi-year partnership to bolster Intrum’s digital capabilities across 20 European countries.
The collaboration aims to modernize Intrum’s credit management systems by improving operational efficiency, integrating systems, and building a robust digital services team.

The partnership enables Intrum to take a more comprehensive approach to debt solutions, identifying opportunities in servicing, upselling and cross-selling debt.
