NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Global professional services company Cognizant has embarked has partnered with Denmark’s Alm. Brand Group, a top-tier insurance entity, to transition and automate business processes aimed at boosting efficiency and customer service.
This partnership will see Cognizant assume responsibility for processes previously outsourced, driving advancements through automation.
Alm. Brand Group is set to benefit from enhanced operational capabilities as Cognizant leverages its Centre of Excellence in Vilnius, Lithuania, known for its expertise in insurance and automation.
The consolidation of Alm. Brand’s outsourced processes is slated for 2024, aiming to streamline workflows and enrich customer interactions.
