RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA — Cognizant and Upsource by Solutions announced a three-year partnership at tech event LEAP 2025, marking a shift in Saudi Arabia’s business process outsourcing sector.
The collaboration combines Upsource’s regional expertise with Cognizant’s global technological capabilities to deliver enhanced operational solutions across the Middle East.

The partnership will provide regional businesses access to Cognizant’s advanced Intuitive Operations & Automation solutions, featuring Gen AI-powered financial tools and enhanced operational controls.
