Colombian city partners with Majorel, Promigas Foundation to generate employment

The Colombian city of Barranquilla recently signed a partnership agreement with Promigas Foundation and global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Majorel to link its citizens with reputable employers in the outsourcing industry.
