Commqui founder vowed to remodel BPO services in India

Yashesh Sawalkar, founder and managing director of Commqui Technologies Private Limited, promised set to remodel the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in India through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and chatbots. to overcome human cognitive incapabilities coining it as the ‘Intelligent BPO.’
“The phrase ‘intelligent BPO’ was coined to characterize a new type of service delivery that makes heavy use of digital tools,” said Sawalkar.
“While AI research focuses on improving human cognition, bots have proven useful in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of front-and-back-end processes alike,” he added.
Chatbots’ capabilities in customer-facing positions are improving with the addition of AI, which directly expands the function of chatbots in handling increasingly complicated inquiries.
The Commqui chief said that they are aiming to be “India’s leading BPO service provider with the best IT and digital infrastructure.”
Established in 2020, Commqui Technologies offers end-to-end solutions to firms in the insurance, real estate, BFSI, and Wellness and fitness sectors.
This year, the firm started a cloud dialer for Work From Home (WFH), IVR development services, an omnichannel platform, and started a new facility with 1,500 seats and international business with US-based clients.
