Concentrix opens second Bacolod site in major Philippine expansion
BACOLOD, PHILIPPINES — Global services and technology provider Concentrix has officially launched its newest site in the Philippines, the Bacolod AIU facility, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and regional growth.
The launch event, titled “Sweet Byte,” brought together government and private sector partners to showcase the site’s state-of-the-art amenities and vibrant design, reflecting both Concentrix’s forward-thinking approach and Bacolod’s unique culture.
Significant investment and expanded workforce
With an investment nearing PHP1.02 billion (US$18.3 million), the Bacolod AIU site spans four floors and 8,246.40 square meters, featuring an “active zone,” gym, recreational areas, and wellness lounges tailored for staff.
The facility currently supports approximately 1,800 employees, referred to as “game-changers,” with amenities also accessible to over 1,300 additional team members from the nearby Bacolod SanParq site.
“It’s not just a new building – it’s our way of enabling Bacolod talent and affirming our long-term commitment to our regional footprint and local communities,” said Amit Jagga, EVP and Chief Business Officer of Concentrix Philippines.
