Concentrix earns NICE Platinum status to scale agentic AI in enterprises

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Concentrix has achieved Platinum status in NICE’s 360 Partner Program deepening its collaboration with enterprise software provider NICE on agentic AI deployment in regulated enterprise environments.
According to a press release, the partnership combines NICE Cognigy’s enterprise-grade agentic AI platform with Concentrix’s integration, orchestration, and data operations expertise to deliver AI agents that resolve customer issues end-to-end across voice and chat. No financial terms were disclosed.
Concentrix’s proprietary Agentic Operating Framework guides deployments, addressing the failure modes that prevent agentic AI from crossing from controlled testing into production.
Platinum status targets enterprise agentic AI production gap
Enterprise agentic AI fails not in reasoning but in execution — when agents cannot retrieve correct data, trigger actions, or maintain task continuity across systems.
Concentrix addresses this layer through data preparation, orchestration, and operational guidance that connects NICE Cognigy’s platform to the back-end systems that determine whether an agentic interaction resolves or fails.
Platinum tier in the NICE 360 program signals the combined firm has the joint delivery scale and regulated-environment expertise to take agentic AI from pilot to enterprise production.
“What matters now is that data and systems can be integrated into existing platforms, connected to enterprise data, and operated at scale,” said Craig Gibson, Chief Growth Officer at Concentrix.
Agentic operating framework extends NICE cognigy enterprise reach
Concentrix’s Agentic Operating Framework guides enterprise IT teams through the integration and data connectivity work that precedes production agentic deployment.
The target outcome is voice and chat resolution completed without human escalation — eliminating the data retrieval failures and broken action chains that derail enterprise agentic deployments.
Platinum status in the NICE 360 program creates a certified, differentiated position for Concentrix among the broader field of NICE system integrators targeting enterprise clients.
“Concentrix brings deep integration expertise and operational scale that help enterprises speed up and amplify the value of our agentic AI platform across enterprise systems,” said Dan Belanger, President of NICE Americas.
The Concentrix-NICE partnership reflects a broader race among BPO and CX firms to certify AI platform delivery credentials as enterprises consolidate AI vendor relationships around platform-and-integrator pairs.
Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM have each built tiered AI platform partnerships across Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft — a playbook Concentrix is extending into the CX-specific NICE Cognigy segment.
The global AI contact center market is projected to exceed $7 billion by 2030, with platform-certified integrators positioned to capture premium margins as enterprise AI procurement consolidates.
For Concentrix, the certification builds a differentiated agentic AI delivery position at a moment when enterprise buyers are consolidating vendor relationships ahead of multiyear AI deployment cycles.
