Concentrix grows Dubai hub, debuts new AI CX tools

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — Concentrix, a global technology and services company, is expanding on its Middle East presence with the extension of its Dubai flagship office and the launch of new AI-powered features in its intelligent experience (iX) suite.

The latest release introduces two new features, Harmony and Clarity. Harmony refines speech patterns for better engagement, while Clarity filters out background noise to create smoother, more natural communication.

Concentrix reports that its AI solutions have already delivered measurable results: up to an 80% reduction in time to complete key tasks, a 10–20% increase in output, and a 20–40% improvement in quality and customer satisfaction.
