Concentrix launches free vaxx for employee dependents
Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Concentrix recently extended its free COVID-19 vaccination drive in the Philippines to include their employees’ dependents. The company aims to finish vaccinating all its registered staff and dependents by January 2022.
This move was made as the vaccination supply in the country is slowly stabilizing. Concentrix SVP and Philippines Country Leader Amit Jagga said that they are encouraging their staff “to make informed personal decisions for themselves and their households” as they remain committed to continuing their voluntary vaccination program “swiftly and continuously.”
Concentrix was among the first private companies in the Philippines to announce its commitment to provide free vaccination for its approximately 100,000 staff nationwide, as a voluntary and optional benefit.
With the company’s vaccination program called Concentrix #WorthTheShot, 50% of its Filipino workforce are now fully vaccinated.
