Concentrix launches three new sites in PH

Information Technology And Business Process Outsourcing (IT-BPO) provider Concentrix Philippines simultaneously launched three new sites across the Philippines.
The launch event — called “One Concentrix Nation” — highlights the remarkable growth of Concentrix and the company’s investments to bring career opportunities throughout the country.
In a statement, the firm explained that the the three sites’ locations in Quezon City, Cebu Business Park, and Davao Park District correspond to the three major island groups of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, respectively.
It also reinforces the firm’s position as the nation’s undisputed largest private employer.
Concentrix Site Director-Davao Finance Center (DFC) Ruby Jane Yonson said that the new facilities connote that the Philippine BPO industry is “thriving and in fact booming” despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
For his part, Concentrix SVP and Country Leader Amit Jagga called the multi-site launch “a big growth milestone” for the company that represents close to 5,700 employees.
“It’s visible proof of our continued growth and a tangible message of our continued commitment to the Philippines: we’ll continue to invest in providing meaningful career opportunities to as many talented Filipinos as possible,” he stated.
The BPO leader also noted that Concentrix’s expansion to multiple places across the country “translates to employment and other economic opportunities also spreading to those communities.”
