Concentrix launches new brand identity with drone show
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Concentrix, a global technology and services provider, unveiled its new brand identity during a spectacular drone show, marking a first in the customer experience (CX) industry in the Philippines.
The event was part of the Concentrix Family Day, an annual celebration recognized as the country’s largest employee-focused event series, attracting thousands of attendees across 11 nationwide events.

He emphasized the company’s dedication to enhancing client and employee experiences through innovative tech advancements, stating, “The drone show…is a testament to Concentrix’s human-centered, tech-led approach.”
Concentrix rebrands following Webhelp merger
The rebranding effort reflects Concentrix’s evolution following its merger with Webhelp in 2023, now operating solely under the Concentrix banner.
The new logo symbolizes the concentric circles concept—keeping clients and employees at the core of operations. This rebrand solidifies Concentrix’s position as a pioneering force in delivering technology and transformative solutions.
