Concentrix, Proofpoint partner to shield APAC firms from cyber threats

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global technology and services provider Concentrix has entered a strategic partnership with cybersecurity firm Proofpoint to deliver enhanced human- and agent-centric security solutions across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The partnership will see Concentrix integrate Proofpoint’s collaboration security and data protection platforms into its security operations center (SOC) offerings, aiming to combat sophisticated cyber threats targeting employees and digital communications as regional organizations rapidly expand cloud adoption and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven workflows.
Boosting APAC cyber resilience with integrated SOC solutions
This move will enable Concentrix to offer greater cyber resilience to enterprises and SMBs navigating an ever-more challenging threat landscape.
The move will help Concentrix to provide end-to-end services that secure digital communications and combine cybersecurity policies with overall business aims.
Concentrix provides integrated solutions to more than 2,000 customers, another 418 new-economy clients in 70 markets, and is positioning itself as a partner able to address sophisticated security and tech issues.
Proofpoint has built its business around securing the intersection of human behavior, data, and artificial intelligence across email and cloud platforms. The company’s technology stack protects over 80 of the Fortune 100 and more than 10,000 large enterprises from threats and data loss.
The partnership enables the integration of information and knowledge into the market alongside high-tech security solutions, helping organizations communicate more conveniently and securely in a digitally oriented world.

Addressing India and APAC CISO concerns over data loss
The partnership is a direct response to the growing cyber threats in the APAC region, especially in rapidly expanding market economies such as India, where mistrust of cyber protection is on the rise.
In its 2025 Voice of the CISO Report, Proofpoint found that 90% of the Indian CISOs surveyed said that their organizations felt at risk of a material cyberattack in the next year, the highest rate in the world.
This fear can be justified by the fact that Indian CISOs have stated they lost sensitive data at a rate of 99% over the last year, a figure that is highly divergent from the global average of 66%.
Proofpoint and Concentrix can overcome these vulnerabilities by confronting them with a coordinated go-to-market strategy in key APAC markets.
The partnership reaffirms Proofpoint as a regionally focused company, offering enterprises and SMBs the resources to defend highly controlled, multifaceted environments.
