Concentrix to expand Costa Rica workforce by 1,000
Global BPO firm Concentrix is looking to hire 1,000 more employees for its Costa Rican offices by the end of April to expand its sales and technical support providers.
Concentrix arrived in Costa Rica in 2009, but only grew into a call center when it merged with Convergys in 2018. Today, the BPO company has five delivery centers and over 4,500 staff in Costa Rica.
“Costa Rica is consolidating itself as a strategic site for us, so in 2021 we will be on a constant lookout for staff in several cities,” says Juan Pablo Guzmán, country head for Concentrix.
