Concentrix expands with Voiceworx.ai acquisition

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Concentrix has announced the acquisition of Voiceworx.ai, an Atlanta-based artificial intelligence (AI) startup.
While financial details of the acquisition were not announced, the merger brings together Voiceworx’s innovative AI technology with Concentrix’s global BPO capabilities.
Strategic integration
Founded in 2017, Voiceworx specializes in AI-powered digital assistants that help businesses streamline customer service, sales, and HR operations. The company’s no-code platform enables businesses to create customized AI agents that integrate with major systems like SalesForce, Office365, and ServiceNow.
Concentrix, which reported annual revenue of $9.62 billion in 2024 and employs 450,000 people worldwide, operates across 40 countries on six continents. The company serves numerous Fortune Global 500 clients, focusing on sectors including technology, retail, banking, healthcare, and communications.
Leadership transition
Following the acquisition, Voiceworx’s leadership will assume key roles at Concentrix.
Sam Eniojukan, Voiceworx’s CTO, will become Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, while Jeremiah Oyemade will be the new Product Lead. The entire Voiceworx engineering team will join Concentrix’s IX engineering group.

“Concentrix’s enterprise focus made it the perfect company to take our innovative AI technology to customers globally. The vision when we started VoiceWorx was to help enterprises solve for multi-channel engagement with AI, and even though the technology landscape kept evolving, the vision has remained the same,” he added.
The merger follows Concentrix’s acquisition of BlinkCX, a customer experience (CX) consulting firm based in the Philippines.
Concentrix reported a fourth-quarter revenue of $2.4 billion, marking a 9.7% year-on-year increase. The company ranked #3 in the OA500 2024, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. This ranking places Concentrix above its position in the OA500 2023, where it held the 12th spot.
