Connext begins expansion to Latin America
HAWAII, UNITED STATES — Staffing and outsourcing firm Connext is venturing into Latin America after announcing its first hire in the region. The move comes as the company plans to extend its expertise to nearshore outsourcing solutions.
Latin America’s appeal as a prime destination for nearshore outsourcing stems from its proximity to North America and its highly skilled labor force.

Connext, founded in 2014, has offices in the cities of Angeles and Davao in the Philippines. The company has doubled its growth since 2019 and currently supports middle-market companies throughout the United States and Europe.
