HAWAII, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Connext Global Solutions is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. 

Founded on June 26, 2014, the company has grown from a small startup to a global enterprise with over 1,500 employees supporting more than 180 clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.

What began as a response to the outsourcing challenges faced by its President, Tim Mobley, who once owned a mid-sized business, has evolved into a success story of innovation and adaptability.

A decade of exponential growth
