In terms of service outlook, CDI expects the integration and deployment segment to expand over the next few years as more businesses adopt cloud-based contact center software options. Meanwhile, the managed services sector is anticipated to grow at the highest rate over the next few years.
Last year, CDI reported that the global contact center software market size reached US$42.67 billion.
