ContactPoint 360 launches new office in Philippine province

CEBU, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) company ContactPoint 360 has launched its office in Cebu and is considering expansion initiatives.
ContactPoint 360 currently employs 800 workers in its Cebu hub. According to Asad Mirza, chief executive officer and founder, the firm is looking to add 1,000 to its workforce.
The company’s Cebu office marks its biggest investment so far, having spent around $3 million on the facility, as shared by Senior Site Director Alfie Torres, per SunStar.
ContactPoint 360 also plans to collaborate with local universities to initiate upskilling ventures on artificial intelligence and the latest technology. This will prepare students for the workforce, where expertise in technology is a prime asset.
Founded in 2007, ContactPoint 360 employs over 5,000 workers and has 10 delivery centers across the United States, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Greece, India, Egypt, Jamaica, and the Philippines, which support 36 languages.
The firm provides a suite of services, including sales support, customer retention, collections assistance, website development, and more.
