Content Guru expands European footprint with Greece operations hub

ATHENS, GREECE — Content Guru, a global provider of cloud customer experience (CX) solutions, is establishing a new operations hub in Athens, Greece, to solidify its position in the European market.
The Marousi district office will enhance the scalability of the company’s flagship storm platform, which has been experiencing annual growth and is strengthening its market dominance on the continent.
The company, established in 2005, migrates CX platforms to the cloud with its storm solution. This foundation has evolved into a global operation, with the company now delivering its omni-channel, omni-data, and omni-AI services across six continents to a clientele that includes giants like AXA, Rakuten, and the NHS.
Content Guru ranked #383 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
European hub growth and regional market dominance
It represents the most recent step in the company’s steady growth plan, which successfully established a development hub in Porto, Portugal, in 2023.
The company is also venturing into the area to expand its services for its growing customer base by building the sixth-largest European facility, thereby remaining competitive.
The choice of Athens, specifically the tech-rich Marousi district, is driven by strategic operational needs. The location’s central time zone enables the Global Operations Team to better maintain the storm platform across multiple time zones, including the United States.
“Athens boasts a strong and expanding technology workforce, and its central geographical location will significantly enhance our global operations,” explained Martin Taylor, Co-Founder & Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Content Guru.
Enhancing core platform capabilities
The primary function of the Athens hub is to strengthen the fundamental technical attributes of the storm cloud platform. The engineers on the spot will be particularly concerned with improving the system’s resiliency, security, and scalability.
This high focus is necessary to meet the enterprise-level requirements of Content Guru’s fast-growing client base.
Such technical units in Athens will be fully integrated with other operations centers around the world and add to the continuous improvement programs. This growth highlights Content Guru’s product innovation, as more than 70% of its employees are in technical positions.
“This expansion directly benefits Content Guru’s rapidly growing customer base, enhancing storm‘s market-leading reliability, scalability, and security,” Taylor noted.
