Portugal to house Content Guru’s new development hub

BERKSHIRE, ENGLAND — Cloud contact center and customer experience (CX) firm Content Guru has announced its plan to open a new development hub in Porto, Portugal. This move comes as part of its strategic expansion across Europe.
From its United Kingdom (UK) base, Content Guru has effectively branched out to several European locations including Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and Scotland. The latest addition in Portugal will further augment its local data processing, storage, and support capabilities in line with European data sovereignty rules.
The company is known for its storm solution, which has won the trust of many top European entities such as AXA, Interflora, UK Power Networks, KwikFit, and the NHS. It also holds a unique position as the sole Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider with UK blue light contracts, endorsing its dependability among regional forces and healthcare providers.
Martin Taylor, Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Content Guru, hinted at the firm’s future, expressing eagerness for more service improvements in the burgeoning AI era.
