Converge acquires Stone Technologies Group
Information technology and cloud products provider Converge Technology Solutions announced that it has acquired UK-based Stone Technologies Group Limited, enlisting it as its 35th acquisition in the last five years.
The acquisition expands Converge’s reach and strengthens its ability to fulfill environmentally-friendly, sustainable, and circular IT solutions for education institutions, as well as private and public sector groups in the United Kingdom (UK).
“2022 has been a monumental year of growth for Converge in the European market. Along with our recent acquisitions in Germany, we are excited to leverage the knowledge and skills of Stone Group and its teams to continue enhancing our capabilities and offerings to our clients in the United Kingdom and European Union,” CEO of Converge Shaun Maine said.
Moreover, Converge acquired other companies in the past that include analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) consultancy Newcomp Analytics,three education market-focused German companies worth US$25.9 million, and PC specialists which execute business under the Technology Integration Group (TIG).
