CoreX finalizes Volteo Digital acquisition, launches AI lab

PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — CoreX, a next-generation ServiceNow consultancy and NewSpring Holdings platform company, has completed its acquisition of Volteo Digital, an Elite ServiceNow partner.
While specific terms of the acquisition remain confidential, the deal, which was first announced in January, aims to boost CoreX’s presence in Latin America, the United States, Costa Rica, and Spain.
“With the closing of the Volteo acquisition and our investment in Guadalajara, we’re not just expanding our global footprint, we’re creating something revolutionary for our customers and the ServiceNow ecosystem,” said Rick Wright, CEO of CoreX.
New agentic AI laboratory in Guadalajara
A centerpiece of the expansion is the launch of CoreX’s Agentic AI Laboratory within its ServiceNow Center of Excellence in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The lab will serve as an innovation hub, allowing clients to collaborate with CoreX experts to develop custom AI agents and accelerate digital transformation. It will also function as an executive briefing center for ServiceNow to showcase advanced capabilities to potential customers.
The Guadalajara operation has recently expanded, adding office space and hiring 30 new ServiceNow architects and engineers, with more hiring planned throughout the year. The center, recognized for top customer satisfaction in North Latin America, now supports comprehensive 24/7 global delivery.
“Our new Agentic AI Laboratory represents a multi-million-dollar commitment to developing cutting-edge solutions that will help redefine what’s possible with the ServiceNow Platform,” Wright added.
“The AI Lab and Center of Excellence is a tangible investment in our customers’ future,” said Fernando Gordoa, CEO of Volteo Digital.
“Our customers will gain access to a library of AI agents and scenarios that help solve real business challenges, dramatically reducing time to value and innovation cycles.”
