Corpshore Solutions expands in Philippines for enterprise BPO growth

CEBU and MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Corpshore Solutions has strategically expanded into the Philippines, launching enterprise-grade delivery hubs in Cebu and Manila to meet rising global demand for secure, tech-enabled outsourcing.
The move, which began in Q4 2023, reinforces the company’s footprint in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region while positioning it to capture enterprise clients across North America and Europe, seeking scalable business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
Philippine BPO market expansion for enterprise outsourcing
In a company statement shared with Outsource Accelerator, they stated that “The Philippines, recognized globally as one of the most mature and resilient BPO destinations, provides Corpshore with deep talent pools, multilingual capabilities, and round-the-clock operational coverage.”
Corpshore Solutions is moving into this ecosystem to position itself to serve businesses of all sizes seeking mature, robust outsourcing partners for customer experience (CX), health support, fintech, and AI-based back-office solutions.
The company’s services are broad, with specialization in:
- CX operations across voice, chat, and email
- Financial services support, KYC processing, and compliance workflows
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
- Healthcare claims and documentation processing
- AI-assisted back-office and data operations
- E-commerce, retail, telecommunications, and ISP support
- Insurance and benefits administration
- Multilingual APAC and global English-language campaigns
The diverse nature of these services makes them of interest to companies in the Fortune 500, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, telecommunications, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers.
Corpshore’s rapid growth in Cebu and Manila
The company first started in Cebu and later expanded to Manila to facilitate business scaling and operational control.
In under 18 months, the operation has scaled from pilot teams to a triple-digit full-time workforce across both locations, with capacity growing more than three times compared to its first-year ramp levels.
The company has achieved notable operational milestones during this expansion. One hundred percent of initial pilot programs have been transitioned to full production, and multiple regulated fintech and SaaS programs have been onboarded.
The Philippines hub has become the backbone of Corpshore’s regulated CX and fintech delivery model, now contributing an estimated 35% to 45% of the company’s global delivery capacity and revenue.
Looking ahead, Corpshore Philippines is targeting expansion to mid-hundreds of seats over the next 12 to 24 months, with plans to scale AI operations pods and expand multilingual APAC capabilities.
AI integration and enterprise-grade tech in Philippine hubs
Corpshore’s Philippine facilities are purpose-built to meet the stringent requirements of enterprise clients, emphasizing security and operational control from the outset.
These hubs feature dedicated office spaces with 24/7 access, exclusive network configurations, and static IP infrastructure.
The company prioritizes security-first delivery by implementing PCI-aligned frameworks, dedicated bandwidth, and robust fiber connectivity without shared routing or throttling, ensuring that regulated workloads for fintech and healthcare clients operate within secure, segmented environments.
Since launch, Corpshore has deployed AI-assisted QA scoring engines, robotic process automation (RPA) bots for reconciliation and document routing, intelligent ticket routing systems, cloud-based WFM platforms, and human-in-the-loop AI validation frameworks.
The integration of AI, cloud computing, information security, data and analytics, digital transformation, and workflow automation has materially increased delivery efficiency and transparency in analytics.
Frank Prempeh, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Corpshore Solutions, notes, “The Philippines offers a unique combination of operational maturity, deep talent pools, and cultural alignment with Western markets. By pairing this with AI-driven workflows and enterprise-grade infrastructure, we are building delivery hubs designed for the next decade of outsourcing.”
The company is currently subscribed as an Outsource Accelerator (OA) BPO Partner. Through OA’s Marketing, Sales, and Source Partner Hubs, the firm accesses a unified growth platform designed to convert high-intent prospects and accelerate deal flow in the outsourcing industry.
