DATAMARK welcomes new VP of global operations
Global contact center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider DATAMARK, Inc. recently appointed Shawn Ollis as its new Vice President of Global Operations.
Ollis has over 20 years of experience in leading high-performing teams in multiple Fortune 500 organizations in financial services, BPO, human capital management, and telecommunications sectors.
Before joining DATAMARK, Ollis was the Vice President of Operations for Prudential Financial and the Director of Service Delivery for Comprehensive Services at ADP.
As the firm’s new global operations VP, Ollis will be responsible for providing strategic-level leadership to the operations team to ensure client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth across the world.
Senior Vice President at DATAMARK John Holmes said that Ollis’ extensive background and leadership skills will be an “outstanding addition” to the firm and will boost client satisfaction and growth in the global market.
