Demonstrating the sector’s rapid growth, Teleperformance, a leading IT-BPM company in the region, currently maintains a workforce of 3,400 employees.

According to Gabriel, DICT-Davao aims to employ 150,000 workers by 2028, creating extensive job opportunities for both Davao locals and residents across Mindanao.

These collaborations aim to develop a skilled workforce capable of meeting the industry’s evolving demands.

To catalyze industry growth, DICT-Davao will host the Digital Careers and IT-BPM Expo 2024 at Mapua Malayan College Mindanao on October 25.
