Davao training out-of-school youth for BPO jobs

The City of Davao is partnering with the Department of Labor and Employment to train out-of-school youth to prepare them for employment, especially in business process outsourcing (BPO) companies.

The Davao City Council has granted its mayor authority to sign a memorandum of agreement with the labor department for the implementation of the Jobstart Philippines Flagship Program.
