DialAmerica appoints center industry expert Casey Kostecka as president

DialAmerica, a telemarketing company based in New Jersey, is appointing industry expert Casey Kostecka as president.
Kostecka has a track record of building talent, improving system processes, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to operate contact centers with maximum efficiency.
