HCKT stated that the tech firms who have invested more in digital solutions have “21% more manpower in development roles than their counterparts.”
The report further highlighted the importance of strategic digital investment that allows IT firms to “enable self-service on 82% of eligible tasks, compared to 47% of peers.”
HCKT’s latest data records that the best-performing firms are spending over 63% on new technology — including machine learning, natural language processing, and blockchain — than their competitors in the industry.
