TAGUIG, PHILIPPINES — DXC Technology, an IT services provider with 7,000 employees across the Philippines, has launched a new Client Experience Center in Taguig City, Philippines, to accelerate the development of AI-powered solutions. 

According to the company’s press release, the facility is part of DXC’s existing Global Delivery Center, designed to foster collaboration with customers and partners.

“This [center] harnesses the strength of DXC’s exceptional talent across the Philippines as well as our clients’ increased focus on AI-powered solutions,” said Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC.

DXC Technology ranked #27 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.

Boosting AI and cybersecurity innovation

Following its previous launch of an AI innovation center in Halifax to drive Canada’s digital transformation, DXC is extending this global growth strategy with its newly launched Client Experience Center in the Philippines. 

Central to this effort is an AI Incubation Hub, which will focus on combining artificial intelligence (AI) with traditional enterprise technology services. 

This initiative is supported by the company’s recently announced Xponential, a next-generation AI orchestration blueprint that provides a structured framework for innovation. The center also features an AI-first 24/7 Security Operations Center, establishing a centralized global hub for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats for DXC’s clients worldwide.

This concentrated focus on AI and security is not an isolated project but a strategic engine intended to drive customer transformation.

By functioning as a co-creation hub, the facility aims to strengthen the delivery of mission-critical services in application, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, positioning DXC as a partner that can help global customers.

As Venkataraman notes, “It is a strategic engine of innovation for DXC showcasing how we partner with global customers to lead through transformation and meet the challenges of tomorrow.”

Philippines solidifies role in DXC’s global delivery network

The establishment of the Client Experience Center significantly deepens DXC’s long-standing investment in the Philippines, formally recognizing the country as a cornerstone of its global delivery network. 

The Philippines Global Delivery Center already serves a critical role as DXC’s SAP Center of Excellence, hosting the company’s largest concentration of SAP capabilities worldwide. 

With over 1,800 SAP consultants in the country supporting more than 350 global enterprise customers, the new center builds upon this established foundation of specialized expertise, adding a layer of collaborative innovation for clients and partners.

This move has been endorsed by local industry leaders, who see it as a validation of the Philippines’ growing status in the global technology sector. 

Jack Madrid, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), commended DXC, saying, “Your dedication to the continuous upskilling and reskilling of the digital Filipino workers in transformative technology such as agentic AI is very important for the continued success of the Philippines as an IT-BPM destination.”

It is complemented by local social impact programs, including the Digital Futures Program, which provided refurbished laptops to students in Marikina City, Philippines. 

The opening marks the Philippines as one of the hubs of the global AI ecosystem, a calculated risk by DXC, given the country’s rich local talent base, which can power its own transformation, as well as that of its clients, in a competitive landscape.
