EisnerAmper expands global advisory network with Fernway Solutions

NEW YORK and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global business consulting firm EisnerAmper has acquired Fernway Solutions, integrating the accounting and outsourcing firm’s cross-border expertise into its expanding global advisory platform.
The integration will see Fernway’s specialized team and international offices become a key component of EisnerAmper’s service offerings, enhancing its ability to guide high-growth companies through complex global expansion and operational challenges.
“We’re excited to welcome the Fernway team into the EisnerAmper family and look forward to the impact we’ll have together,” said Jay Weinstein, EisnerAmper Vice-Chairman of Growth, in EisnerAmper’s press release.
EisnerAmper gains global footprint with Fernway
Fernway Solutions is a global firm specializing in corporate structuring, M&A, tax, compliance, and accounting, with headquarters in San Francisco and offices in Boston, London, and Bangalore. The firm was founded in 2018 and has a specially designed entrepreneurial team of 40 people, structured to handle more complex cross-border problems with agility.
For EisnerAmper, this acquisition provides a direct and scalable expansion point that perfectly complements its existing international network in the United Kingdom, Israel, and India, as well as through EisnerAmper Global, in the Cayman Islands, Singapore, and Ireland.
Fernway’s framework for overseas operations will now empower EisnerAmper’s largely United States-based clientele with a ready-made, scalable solution for global growth.
The partnership effectively bolsters EisnerAmper’s resource pool with a dedicated, expert team that already operates as a trusted outsourcing partner for enterprises.
Shared focus on people, culture, and growth
Fernway aligns with EisnerAmper’s operating principle, as Founder and CEO Niyant Kumar outlines, “In EisnerAmper, we’ve found a like-minded firm that shares the same passion for people, culture, and meaningful client relationships.”
This alignment will strengthen the maintenance and enhancement of the unique, client-focused culture at Fernway within the larger firm. “Fernway’s entrepreneurial spirit, focus on global advisory, and deep commitment to its people and clients make it a natural fit for EisnerAmper,” Weinstein said.
Both firms highlighted this cultural fit as one of the key strengths of the new partnership and a key motivation factor behind the acquisition.
To clients, this is like having the benefits of a best-of-both-worlds scenario: they can continue to receive a personalized, dedicated service that characterized their relationship with Fernway, but now have access to the vast resources, stability, and joined knowledge of a global consulting firm such as EisnerAmper.
