EisnerAmper expands in LA with KROST CPAs merger
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper announced that it is merging with KROST CPAs, an accounting and consulting firm, to further its reach in the Los Angeles market.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but it is expected to be finalized this September 2024. The deal will extend EisnerAmper’s capabilities in America’s second-largest city next to New York.
Enhancing capabilities and client services
Boasting about 450 partners and 4,500 employees, EisnerAmper offers full-service provision through its CPA and advisory arms, EisnerAmper LLP and Eisner Advisory Group LLC, respectively.

The combined entity is expected to bring deeper expertise and more capital to the operations of KROST, enabling the firm to remain relevant in an evolving profession.
