Eliassen Group expands tech with SafeNet Consulting acquisition

MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES — Eliassen Group, a strategic consulting company, has acquired SafeNet Consulting, an IT services firm operating in the Midwest, for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 1994, SafeNet Consulting provides technology solutions to clients across industries. The company has a long track record of solving complex business problems through experience, insight, and innovation.
The acquisition allows Eliassen Group to expand its technology capabilities and Midwest presence. Eliassen Group, based in Reading, Massachusetts, offers consulting services focused on technology, clinical, and financial solutions. The company serves clients looking to transform strategies and drive exceptional outcomes.
SafeNet’s expertise complements Eliassen’s existing technology strengths in areas like application development, data science, analytics, and cybersecurity. According to Dave MacKeen, CEO of Eliassen Group, the strategic partnership will provide clients access to an expanded network of talent and experience.

This deal follows Eliassen’s acquisition of Foothills in 2022. The firm has acquired 12 companies to date. Its revenue stands between $100 million and $500 million, according to data from Crunchbase.
