Etech wins ‘BPO of the year’ runner up at CCW Excellence Awards
Global Customer Experience (CX) solution provider Etech Global Services was honored as the final runner-up for “BPO of the Year” at the 2021 CCW Excellence Awards.
This award acknowledged the “most innovative solution providers” within the Contact Center industry who helped transform the way CX is delivered to clients.
It also recognizes the world-class solutions, creativity, and execution that are provided by several companies and industry leaders.
Etech’s nurturing environment for employees, 94.46% employee retention rate, and secure compliance and technology standards helped them reach their final place in the awards.
Thankful for the recognition, Etech’s President and CEO Matt Rocco said that the pandemic has made them realize that “a holistic approach is so critical for organizations” to endure any crisis and ensure business continuity for “their people, their customers and within their communities.”
