Everis launches new smart operations platform in LatAm
Spain-based multinational IT consulting and outsourcing firm Everis has recently launched its smart operations platform in the Latin American region.
Everis country manager for Brazil Ricardo Neves said that their new offering aims to help customers move toward a ‘phygital’ concept that integrates “digital services and customer support with physical services and support.”
In an interview with BNamericas, Neves added that the company is also developing its regional investments and recruiting more employees, as the digital transformation demand grew due to the pandemic.
The outsourcing firm is currently expanding its services in different ventures including cloud, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and agile methods.
Everis employs over 30,000 professionals globally. Nearly 10,000 of them are located in Latin America, with 4,000 people working in its Brazil office.
